FREESTLEMANIA BIOGRPAHY: Richie Rosati!!

If you're an avid viewer of PBS Television, chances are you already know Richie Rosati. Rosati can be seen hosting national TV spots for them. You might also remember Richie Rosati from the ABC TV hit show "Who's The Boss," years back, where he played Alyssa Milano's classmate. Rosati also appeared in many other TV roles throughout his career. In addition to hosting for PBS TV, he is now hosting a TV Magazine show called "PopVox", which will air in your hometown soon.

Rosati grew up in a musical family. He attended the Girard Academic Music High School in Philadelphia and after college left Philadelphia to live and work in Los Angeles. Rosati met his first record producer in Hollywood, California. This was George Reich, who has been credited as discovering Rosati musically. Rosati then moved on to record for other dance music Producers and licensed his works to various record companies.

Some of those Producers are Rob Federici, Bobby "LA" LaSerra from Strong Island Records, and now currently Tony Fox, who is a Producer in New York City. Rosati's first national record was released on Strong Island Records out Of New York, which at that time was distributed Henry Stone and Paul Klein's HOT Records (based in Miami). Paul Klein now owns Empire MusicWerks.

Rosati 's music has also been distributed by Universal Records
Distribution. He has had freestyle singles air internationally
on dance radio stations such as WIOQ-Q102 FM in Philadelphia. Q102 Philly was the first commercial radio station to give him a commercial radio airplay break. Rosati credits Glenn Kalina and Pam Grund for this break, former Q102 Music Directors. Q102 Philly began introducing Rosati's music commercially to over 2.5 million households each day.
Rosati commented, "It's an amazing feeling to wake up in the morning and hear your own song playing on the radio airwaves!
It goes from your mind, to a track, then to the world. Before you know it everyone singing a song that once lives only in your head."

While TV hosting these days, Rosati is also currently back in the studio ! Remixes of Inside Your Love are being completed this month and Rosati is hoping to catch the interest of Corey Robbins and John Parker of Robbins Entertainment.

Rosati recently said, "Inside Your Love" was a song I wrote awhile back actually, but it was never really given the radio attention I think it deserved. I have now given permission to Producer / Remixer Tony Fox in New York City to do remixes of this single and we are shopping the remixes to labels like Robbins, who has produced artists like Rockell.
