Well, the Music Winter Conference was a success and like many others has come and gone but hopefully it has brought out new material and new talent in the Dance world especially in FREESTYLE.

Something new you will see in this year will be the return of Freestyle Legend, Tolga Katas, with the launch of his new west coast label TFK Records. Tolga has been world renown not only because of his songs but also of his collaboration with the KING OF FREESTYLE himself, Stevie B, and has produced and writing over 6 albums with him including the Billboard hit, “Dream About You.” Also, he has done 2 albums for the FREESTYLE sensation, Linear, including their multi-platinum smash hit, “Sending All My Love.” Tolga has said that his goal with his record company is to put back this MUSIC in the spotlight and considering Tolga’s many talented achievements, we can assume that this will be a success!! Well considering that you all mentioned Robin Z, I figure I should let you all know that she is celebrating the birth of her son who was weighed in at 7lbs and 9 ounces. In the process of her son, she wrote a song dedicated to her son called “My Little Star” and hopes to have it released soon. Currently, she is working with some of the Bay Area’s hottest producers for her debut album and if her album is anything like here smash single, “I See Stars”, it will be on Fire….keep an eye out for this talented diva!!

Speaking of Hot Producers, Randy Taylor-Weber of Galaxy Freestyle Records has putting out some of the Bay Area’s freshest freestyle mixes. This talented producer can be found on Julissa’s smash hit, “I Must Go On”, on DMA Freestyle Flava 3 and Galaxy Freestyle Dance 2. Hey does anyone remember NOCERA? Of course you all do cause if not then you are not true FREESTYLERS…LOL. Anyway, she was the original artist to release “Summertime, Summertime” and “Lets Go.” Well I am happy to say that she is back with here latest project, “Voice of the Satellites.” However, this new album is mostly of trip-hop and breakbeats and not to much FREESTYLE but we should show support not only because she is FREESYLE but also because she is a talented woman and am sure that her new music will be great Dance music.

Also, I don’t have too much detail but Angelina has a new album coming out with over 25 tracks on it and am excited to say that she feels it is here best work yet…..can’t wait to get a copy. Also a new Freestyle label has just come onto the scene. SilverBack records along with DJ Pauly has just released its newest compilation featuring many new artists titled, “SBP Project.” It has 12 tracks and advise everyone to check it out and let us know what you think about it!

In conclusion, By the looks of it, the Freestyle Nation is progressing more and more. Because of people like Tolga, Angelina, Stevie B, Diamante, Ashley, Robin Z, Julissa, Andrea, and too many artist to name is why FREESTYLE is pumping stronger than ever. Also if weren’t for the producers like Willie V., Kennyfreestyle, Artie, Nelson Cruz, Victor Franco, Randy Weber, and like before too many to name is why we have those unforgetable beats that capture your heart and soul. Well, that being said, it is only a matter of time that OUR music will once again dominate the air waves of this techno-britney spears type dominated society.
